We operate out of Buguda and have been here for a while. It is a smaller place compared to the major hubs, so things move at a bit of a slower pace, which actually suits us just fine. Our address is simple enough to find if you are wandering through the area. We spend most of our time out in the field working rather than sitting behind a desk in a dark room. There isn't much of a fancy office to speak of, just a regular spot where we can keep our things organized and meet up in the morning before heading out to the day's tasks. India is a massive country and there is always something that needs building or fixing somewhere. We just take it one day at a time and see what needs doing. The weather can be tough around here, either being far too hot or having too much rain to work, but that is just a standard part of the job we chose. We are not looking to become the biggest company in the world. We just want to keep the work steady and make sure everyone on the team gets paid on time. It is mostly just a few of us who have worked together for many years now. We know how each other works, so we don't really need to talk much to get things done. It is a practical life.
