We have a lot of files stacked up in the corners. Dantewada is a unique place, and working here means being part of a very specific community. Most of us have been here for a long time. We know the local routes and the weather patterns well. The rain can be quite heavy here, which sometimes slows things down. We don't have a big corporate sign or a lobby with a receptionist. You just find the right quarter number and walk in. There is usually some water in a clay pot and a few chairs for visitors. We handle the day-to-day operations with a small crew. It is honest, hard work and we don't try to make it seem like anything else. It's just what we do every day in this part of the country. We keep things running as best as we can.
