Ngo Co-Ordinator

We are based in Bhilai, over in Sector 6. Specifically, you can find us at St. 5, Bk-3/E. This place isn't anything special to look at, just a standard building in a regular street. Being an Ngo Co-Ordinator means there is always a lot of paperwork and people to talk to. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desk trying to get different groups to work together. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes because there are always so many moving parts in this kind of work. The office is usually cluttered with files and notes we have scribbled down. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. Usually, it's just one of us answering the door if someone stops by. Bhilai is a hardworking town and we try to match that energy in our own way. We aren't here to make a big name for ourselves. We just see what needs to be organized and we try to put the pieces together. It’s a lot of coordination and checking in on things. Some days are slow and others are completely packed with meetings that go on longer than they should. We just take it as it comes and try to stay on top of the list of things to do for the week. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy.
