If you are looking for us, we are located near the New Market area in Churcha Colliery. This is in the Koria district of Chhattisgarh. Our office is associated with Neeraj Agrawal, who most people around here know as Mahuwa Wala. It is a mining area, so everything is a bit dusty and the trucks are always moving. Navayuga Engg.Co. Ltd handles the engineering side of things in this part of the state. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really notice the noise from the colliery anymore. The office is simple and stays pretty busy with people coming in and out all day. We deal with a lot of technical stuff related to the local infrastructure. It’s not the kind of place for suits and ties. We wear what’s practical for the dust and the heat. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, and sometimes it gets a bit stressful trying to get everything lined up. But we have a good group of people who have been doing this for a long time. We mostly just focus on getting the day's tasks finished so we can go home. It is a rugged place to work, but it is honest work and we take it as it comes. The New Market area is always buzzing with people from the mine. We often see the same faces at the tea stall in the morning.
