Midas Autosoft Engg Pvt. Ltd. Pune

Even though the name says Pune, Midas Autosoft Engg Pvt. Ltd. is currently working out of Qtr. No. -9/D. We are in the C.S.-4 Sector-5 area of Bhilai, in the Durg district of Chhattisgarh. It is a bit of a distance from Pune, but this is where the work is right now. The office is basically a quarter, so it has got a very lived-in, practical feel. We do a lot of software and engineering work from here. It is a small setup, just a few computers and some desks squeezed into the space. We do not have a big HR department or a fancy coffee machine. We mostly just drink tea and stay focused on our screens. Bhilai is a big industrial hub, so being in Sector-5 makes sense for us. The neighbors are mostly other workers and their families. It is a quiet spot until we start getting busy with a new project. We do not spend money on advertising or making ourselves look big. We just do the engineering work that is assigned to us. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just keep going. It is a humble way to run a tech business, but it keeps our costs down and lets us focus on the code and the designs. We are not polished or corporate, but we get the job done. It is just how we do things here.
