We run our Management Consultants firm right here in Bhilai. It’s a city that’s mostly known for the big steel plant, and that industrial feel definitely rubs off on how we do things. We’ve lived in Chhattisgarh for a long time, so we understand the local market and the people here. We don't use a lot of complicated business words because they don't really help anyone. We just talk plain English and try to be as helpful as we can. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the office, while other days the phone won't stop ringing. We take it as it comes. It’s a steady job and it keeps us busy. We don't need a big marketing campaign because most people around here already know who we are and where to find us. It’s just how things work in a place like Bhilai. We keep the doors open and the tea hot for whoever drops by.
