Beml (Bafna Earth Movers Ltd.)

You can find us at Mig-1/182 in the Hudco area of Amdinagar, which is in Bhilai. We are Bafna Earth Movers Ltd, though most people just call us Beml around here. Being in Chattisgarh, we deal with a lot of heavy machinery and earth-moving equipment. It is a dusty business, honestly. Our office is not anything special to look at. It is just a practical place where we keep our logs and talk to the drivers and mechanics. There is usually a bit of oil on the floor and some heavy parts sitting in the corner. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to track down spare parts or figuring out where a machine needs to go next. The Hudco area is fairly easy to navigate once you have been here once or twice. We do not have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you will probably see us in work clothes, likely covered in a bit of grease. That is just the nature of working with big machines. We have been operating out of this Bhilai location for a while, and the locals know us. We just try to keep the equipment running so the projects do not stop. It is hard work and the days are long, but we have got a good group of people here who know what they are doing. We do not bother with big speeches, we just fix the machines and get them back out.
