Naalsons Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Naalsons House. That’s at 27 28 29 Shanti Kunj in Pragati Nayal, Rishali West. We have a decent amount of space here since we occupy three plots in a row. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all the time throughout the week. Being in engineering means there’s always a lot of drawings and plans scattered around the desks. We try to keep it organized but it’s a constant battle with all the paper. The building itself is pretty functional and serves us well. We don’t have anything too luxurious, just what we need to get the engineering work done. Rishali West is a good area for us. It’s got a bit of space and it’s not as cramped as some other parts of the city. We spend a lot of time on site visits or in meetings talking about various projects. It’s not a sit-at-the-desk all day kind of job. We’ve been around for a while and the name Naalsons House is something the locals recognize easily. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. We don’t go in for big mission statements or anything corporate like that. We just look at the plans, do the calculations, and make sure things are built the way they should be. It’s a lot of practical work and we focus on doing it right.
