New Era

Our place is at No-19 in Priyadarshini Parishar, right by Nehru Nagar Square. It’s a busy spot and there is always something going on outside the window. New Era isn’t a huge company with hundreds of employees or fancy titles. It’s just a small team of us working in this office space. We’ve got a few computers and some stacks of files that probably need better organizing, but we always seem to find what we need when a call comes in. The square is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Our chairs are a bit mismatched, but they’re comfortable enough for a full day of work. We usually have the windows shut because of the constant noise from Nehru Nagar Square, but the light is good in the mornings. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We just talk like normal people and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes we stay late and order some food from the shops just down the street. It’s a simple way to run a business. We don’t have a long history to brag about, just the work we’ve done since we moved into this space. We try to be honest about what we can do and we don’t make promises we can’t keep. It’s just how we operate every day. We don't think much about it beyond that.
