We've been working out of Block 56/A at Plot No. 17 in Nehru Nagar West for a long time now. Most people around here just know us as Polybond Insulation. It’s a practical kind of place, nothing fancy to look at from the street. We handle a lot of insulation materials, so the yard is usually stacked with rolls and sheets ready to go out. It gets a bit dusty and loud when the trucks are loading up, but that’s just the nature of the business. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass doors or a receptionist. It’s usually just one of us coming out from the back to see who’s at the gate. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoon, so we try to get the heavy loading done early. Nehru Nagar West has changed a lot since we first set up shop here. There are more shops and more traffic than there used to be. We just stick to our routine and make sure the orders are packed right. It’s honest, physical work. Sometimes we lose track of time when a big shipment comes in. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just keep the machines running and the floors as clear as we can in an industrial space like this.
