Lafarge Expension Project

We are stationed near the Dewangan Samaj Bhavan in Gaya Nagar. It’s a familiar landmark for everyone in Durg. This location is dedicated to the expansion project work we are doing. It’s a bit different from a standard sales office because we are more focused on the growth and the new setups. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it serves our needs for planning and meetings. We have blueprints and schedules pinned up on the walls. It’s a busy atmosphere with people coming in from the field to report on how things are going. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’ve all grown used to it. Being in Chhattisgarh, we deal with the local climate and the pace of life here. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the project tasks and making sure the expansion stays on track. There’s a lot of coordination with different teams. You won't find a lot of fancy furniture here. It’s mostly just sturdy tables and chairs and a lot of tea being drank throughout the day. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. It’s a practical place for a practical job. Every day brings a new set of challenges with the construction and the planning, but we just take it as it comes. We’re just local people working on a bigger project for the area.
