Different

Our place is at M.I.G. 50 in Padamnabhpur, Durg. It’s a quiet residential area, so it doesn't feel like a typical office environment. We’ve set things up here to handle our daily business without much fuss. The house has been converted slightly to make room for desks and computers. Durg is a nice place to live and work because everything is close by. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been together for a long time. We do various types of local work that keeps us moving. The front porch is where we usually take our breaks. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and it’s a nice change from staring at a screen. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most days, we just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The paperwork can pile up, so we try to spend Friday afternoons clearing it all out. It’s a very practical way to run things. We don't spend money on expensive decor; we just have what we need to get the job done. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-task, maybe with the radio playing in the background. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we like the pace of life here in this part of Chhattisgarh. It is not a corporate setup, but we get things done on time.
