Namrata Rubber Products is situated right here in Sai Sneha Industrial Estate. If you know Phatak Road, you know it gets quite busy around the H.P. Gas Godam. We spend most of our days inside Gala No. A-2. It’s a typical industrial setup with the smell of rubber and the sound of machines going. The Shiv Sai Temple is just a short walk away, which is nice for a quick quiet moment during lunch. Our team is small, mostly just local folks who know the trade well. We’ve been at this address for a while now, seeing the neighborhood change as more sheds go up. It’s dusty work but someone has to do it. The rain sometimes makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of our tools have been with us since the start. We don't have fancy meeting rooms or anything like that. Just the workshop floor and a small desk for the paperwork. When a truck comes to pick up an order, everyone chips in to help load. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We usually keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through the estate. Sometimes people stop by just because they saw the sign while heading to the temple. We just show them what we're working on and go back to it.
