Sri Ganapathy Agency

Sri Ganapathy Agency is situated in Ward No. 14. We are very close to the Ram Mandir, which is the main landmark around here. Most people use the temple to find us. We act as an agency for various goods, mostly handling distribution for the local area. It’s a small operation. We have a storeroom that stays pretty full most of the time. The workers come in early to load up the cycles or small tempos. I spend a lot of time checking the ledgers and making sure the counts are right. It’s a lot of counting and re-counting. The bells from the Mandir are a nice sound to hear throughout the day. We don't have a corporate office or a board of directors. It’s just a family-run thing. We’ve lived in this ward for generations, so we know the streets and the people very well. Sometimes the rain makes the roads muddy and slows us down, but we still manage to get things moved. It’s just an honest day's work. We don't make big promises, we just do the job we’re supposed to do. If you need to find us, just ask anyone near the temple. We’re usually there from dawn until the evening prayers are over. We've been in this spot for years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s our life and we’re happy with it.
