Photo Centre

If you're looking for Photo Centre, we are right in the middle of town in Bhawanipatna. Being here in the Kalahandi district, we see a lot of people from all over the area. Our shop is pretty small, mostly taken up by the counter and the equipment we use every day. It smells a bit like the chemicals and paper we work with, which is something you just get used to. We have some samples of our work on the walls, mostly just to show what the machines can do. We don't have a website or a social media manager. People just know where we are because we've been on this street for years. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit to get back to work, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't fancy photographers with expensive studios. We just take care of the basic photo needs for the local community. Whether it’s for an ID or just a memory, we handle it as it comes. It's a simple business. We open in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for the first customer. We enjoy the local talk and keeping up with what’s happening in the district. We don't need much more than that. Just a steady stream of work and a chance to do it right.
