You can find us at Pattni Plaza, specifically in office UL-18. We are right on Dairy Road in Bhavnagar, not too far from the Nilambaug Circle. That area is usually packed with people, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. Our office is upstairs, so it’s a little removed from the direct chaos of the street. It’s a decent space, though the light in the hallway flickers sometimes. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we hold sessions. Nothing about the place is meant to impress; it’s just a practical environment for studying. We have some old wooden desks and a big cupboard full of old textbooks and papers we’ve collected over the years. Dev Baug is a good location because it’s central, making it easier for students to catch a rickshaw after their classes are done. Often, you’ll see groups of kids hanging out near the entrance of the plaza before they come up. We try to keep things running on time, but sometimes a lesson runs long or a student has an extra question that needs an answer. It’s just the way things go here. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. It’s more of a community feel than a strict institution. Most of the parents are people we’ve known for years, which makes the whole thing feel more like home.
