Vitrat Medical Strore

We are situated on Kaling Pur Road, right across from the PWD office and very close to Sonawala Hospital. Being so near the hospital, we get a lot of people coming in right after their appointments. It can be a bit hectic during the morning hours when the clinics are full. The shop isn't very big, but we use every inch of space for storage. We try to keep a wide variety of medicines so people don't have to go searching all over town. Kaling Pur Road is usually busy with traffic and people walking to the hospital. We have a few benches nearby where people sometimes sit while we get their orders ready. We are just regular people working here, trying to do an honest job. We don't use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned service. Sometimes we get a bit behind when the deliveries arrive late, but we catch up eventually. The heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, but the shop stays relatively cool. Most of the folks who come in are from the surrounding neighborhoods. We've gotten to know the doctors at the hospital pretty well over the years. It’s a practical business, and we just focus on getting things done correctly for our customers every single day. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our physical store where we do all our work. It seems to be enough for what we do here.
