If you know Bannerghatta Road, you know the traffic can be a real headache. Our place is tucked away on 4th Cross in Sarvabaumanagar, which is a bit of a relief once you turn off the main road. The address is 48/39, and it’s a decent enough building for what we need. It’s mostly offices and some houses around here, so it feels a bit more lived-in than a sterile business park. We’ve been in this Ward No. 23 area for a good bit now. Most mornings start with trying to find a good parking spot, which isn't always easy. Inside, the space is laid out simply. We have our desks, the computer setups, and a small area where we can sit and have a coffee. It gets a bit bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the front windows, but we have blinds for that. People here are mostly local, coming in from different parts of Bangalore. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings; it’s more about sitting down and getting the work done. You’ll often hear someone on the phone or the sound of the printer going. By the time evening rolls around and the Iim P.O. area gets busy again, we’re usually wrapping up. It’s just a regular workplace where everyone knows their job and we try to stay organized.
