We’ve been tucked away at A/4 in the MIDC area for a long time now. It’s right behind the Amar Palace Hotel, so most people use that as a landmark to find us. Our workshop isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s a real working space with the smell of chemicals and the sound of machines running all day. We mostly focus on chrome plating and metal finishing. It’s hard work and the shop gets pretty hot, especially during the summer months. We have a small crew, mostly guys who have been with us for years and really know how to handle the plating tanks. We don’t do any big marketing or have a polished sales team. Most of our customers are industrial folks from around Mira who just need their parts coated right so they don’t rust. We take on big batches sometimes, but we also handle the smaller stuff that comes through the door. It’s a bit of a grit and grease kind of job, but we take it seriously. We’ve seen the MIDC change a lot over the years, but we just keep doing what we know best. There’s always a layer of dust on the windows and the floor is never perfectly clean, but that’s just how a real factory is. We just focus on getting the work out the door on time and making sure the finish is decent enough to keep people coming back to us.
