Our place is located out on the Sarkhej Bavala Highway, specifically at Block No. 97-98 in Vasana Chacharvadi. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly just factories and warehouses around here. Working with Vikram Ricinol Derivatives Ltd. means there is always something going on with the machinery and the processing units. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here every morning, but once you arrive, the day just flies by because there is always something that needs fixing or checking. The sun gets really strong out on the highway during the afternoons, and the heat inside the blocks can be quite something. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a long time, and we all just sort of know what needs to be done without talking about it too much. It’s a practical environment, no fancy decorations or anything, just pipes and tanks and the smell of the materials we work with. We spend a lot of time making sure the drums are loaded correctly and that everything is moving according to the schedule. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially with the trucks constantly passing by on the main road, but you get used to the sound after a week or two. We just try to keep our heads down and get the production done right. It’s a steady kind of life out here away from the main city buzz, focused on the work at hand.
