Viki Industries Ltd. is over here in Mylapore. We've been at No. 22 on 1St Cross Street in the CIT Colony for quite a while now. The area is usually busy with people going to work or heading toward the temples nearby. Our building isn't anything fancy, just a solid place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the street gets a bit narrow when trucks are trying to move through, but we make it work. Most of the folks around here know where we are. It’s a bit of a mix in CIT Colony, some houses and then some spots like ours. We open up early in the morning, usually before the heat really starts to kick in. The office stays pretty busy with phone calls and people checking on orders. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor or anything like that. It's more about keeping things moving. If you walk down 1st Cross, you’ll see our gate. It’s been the same for years. We like being in this part of Chennai because it feels like the heart of the city. There is always something going on outside. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we have a good routine going. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too complicated, just a local business doing what we do in our corner of Mylapore. We sit at our desks, handle the paperwork, and wait for the deliveries to arrive.
