Vijji Confectionery Industries

We are over at No. G-80 on the 3rd Main Road in R.C. Puram. This is where we make all our sweets and confectionery items. The whole place usually smells like sugar or whatever we are cooking that day. It's a busy kitchen and factory floor with people moving around in hairnets and aprons. We have been doing this for a while now. The machines for mixing and wrapping are always going. It can get pretty hot near the ovens, especially in the summer months. We start our work very early in the morning to get the fresh batches ready. It’s a lot of hard work standing on your feet all day, but we are used to it. The neighborhood has a lot of other small industries, so there’s always trucks coming and going. We don’t have a fancy storefront here; it’s mostly just for the production side of things. We pack everything into crates to be sent out to shops. Sometimes we let the neighbors try some of the pieces if they come by. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even though we have a few employees now. We just try to make things that taste good and keep the floors clean. It's a straightforward business of making sweets and we enjoy the process. Every day we just try to keep the production moving so the orders get filled.
