Vibhu Build Care

Navrangpura is always busy, and our spot at 301 Shyama is right in the thick of it. Vibhu Build Care isn't some giant corporation with a lobby. It’s just an office where we keep the samples and the billing books. Most of the time, the guys are out at sites anyway, so it’s just a couple of us here answering the landline. We deal with a lot of construction-related stuff, which means there’s usually some white powder or grit on the floor no matter how much we sweep. The colony area is nice, but parking is a nightmare, so we usually just park the scooters wherever they fit. We’ve been working out of this S.P. Colony address for a bit now, and the neighbors know us. There’s no big sign with flashing lights, just a simple nameplate on the door. We spend our days looking at blueprints or talking to contractors who are annoyed about some delay or another. It’s not glamorous work, but buildings need care, and that’s what we look after. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t have a marketing team or anything; we just take the calls as they come and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best we can.
