Amit Pipes Tubes

We’ve been at Plot 139 in the GIDC area for a good while now. It’s right across from Nani Khodiar, which makes it easy enough for people to find us when they’re driving through the industrial zone. Most days, it’s just the sound of metal hitting metal and the smell of the workshop. We handle a lot of different pipes and tubes here. It gets dusty, and the sun beats down on the corrugated roof during the summer months. There’s always a truck backing in or pulling out, loaded up with stock. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that, just a desk and some chairs where we sit to sort out the paperwork. Sometimes the tea stall down the road brings over snacks. Our neighbors are mostly other industrial shops, so we all know each other by face. It’s noisy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. When the rain comes, it gets a bit muddy out front, but we keep working through it. We spend most of our time organizing the racks and making sure everything is counted correctly. It’s steady work. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, more buildings going up. But we stay right here at Plot 139, keeping busy with the daily orders that come in. It’s just us, some heavy lifting, and the usual GIDC routine every single day.
