Acrysil Limited

Our facility is located right off the Bhavnagar Rajkot Highway. We are in the Navagam area, near Vartej, at Survey No. 312. Being on the highway is great for logistics, but it means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the passing trucks. We work with acrylic products and sinks here. It’s a manufacturing setup with molds and ovens. The heat from the production process can be intense. We’ve been here for quite a while. Most of the people working here come from the nearby villages. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you walk in, you’re likely to walk straight into the production zone. We focus on making sure the finish on our products is smooth. It takes a lot of sanding and polishing. We don’t have a big corporate philosophy. We just want to make sure the sinks don’t crack and the color stays true. Sometimes the highway gets blocked by construction, and it makes getting to work a bit of a challenge. We just take it in stride. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We do our jobs, watch the trucks go by, and head home at the end of the shift. It’s what we’ve always done here in Vartej. There are no fancy titles or suits, just a group of people who know how to work with acrylic and want to get the day's tasks finished properly so we can do it all again tomorrow morning.
