We've been over here at Plot No 364/A in Chitra Gidc for quite a while now. Varad Bulk Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is basically the place where we handle all the big packing jobs. It’s a busy spot most days. You’ll usually find us moving heavy pallets around or checking on the old machinery. We don't really do anything fancy here, just get the bags and containers ready for whoever needs them. It gets a bit dusty in the industrial estate, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We’ve got a small crew. Everyone knows their job and stays out of each other's way. Some of us have been working in this part of Chitra for many years. You probably see the big trucks coming in and out all afternoon. We just try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long on their orders. The weather here can be a bit much in the summer, makes the warehouse hot, but we manage with a few fans. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a practical one. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them on the fly. That’s just part of the daily routine. If you ever walk by the plot, you'll likely hear the constant noise of the presses. It's not a quiet place. We focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure everything is strong enough. Nothing too complicated, really.
