Vakil Foods

Vakil Foods is located out at Gidc Plot No. K52/1 in the Bhavnagar district. Being in a GIDC area means there is always a lot of dust and trucks rumbling past the gate at all hours. We spend our days surrounded by sacks of grain and various food supplies. The warehouse can get quite stuffy during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the packing. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even though we have grown a bit over the years. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. Usually, it is just us checking the quality of the batches and making sure the labels aren't crooked. The office is small and usually has a few tea cups sitting around from the morning break. We deal with a lot of local distributors who come by to pick up their orders. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing with all the different lot numbers, but we manage to sort it out eventually. Bhavnagar is a busy place for food trade, so there is always something that needs to be loaded or unloaded. We don't make a big deal out of what we do. We just process the food, pack it up, and send it out to whoever needs it. It’s a simple, honest business that keeps us on our feet from Monday to Saturday without much rest.
