Our spot is in the Poonam Tenament, Block No. 4826/A2. It’s near Nandanvan in the Kalvibid area of Bhavnagar. This is where Steelcast Ltd. operates from. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a cold office. 364002 is a nice part of Gujarat to be in. We have some neighbors who live right next door. We try to keep the noise down and just go about our business. The room we use for the office is a bit small, but it holds everything we need. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We have some old desks and a few cabinets for the files. It’s a simple setup for simple work. Most days are quiet, except for the occasional scooter passing by outside. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. We don't really have a big plan for the future, we just take things one day at a time. If the work is there, we do it. It’s a very honest way to live. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. We like the local feel of the Kalvibid neighborhood. It suits us well and we don't plan on moving anywhere else for a while.
