Being in Gujarat, you learn to appreciate the shade. We aren't some big corporate office with glass walls. We are just a local group doing our jobs in this corner of the city. Sometimes it’s noisy outside with the traffic and the people coming and going from the pan parlour. We don't mind it. It feels like real life. The building is older, but it works for us. We handle the paperwork and the day-to-day stuff without making a fuss. Most of our staff lives nearby. We walk or take the scooter to work. It’s a simple routine. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what we need to do. Every day is pretty much the same, and we like the consistency. It’s just us here, working through the pile of things on the desk. You get used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the people around here. It is just how things go for us.
