Solar World

Solar World is situated at No. 8/A-2 in Maruti Park. We are right on Talaja Road, which stays pretty busy with traffic throughout the day. The park itself is a decent spot, though it gets quite a bit of dust from the road and the wind. We have some space here where we keep the solar equipment and the tools we use for our jobs. Most of our time is spent out on different sites, but this is where we return to sort things out and plan the next day. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the morning, which I guess is fitting for what we do with solar energy. It’s a straightforward operation. We have a small desk for the paperwork and the rest is just storage and workspace. Maruti Park has a few other businesses around, so there’s always someone to chat with during tea breaks in the afternoon. We don't really go for anything flashy here. The sign outside is a bit faded from the weather but it still does the job of showing people where we are. Usually, the day starts early before the heat gets too bad. We load up the gear and head out, then come back to Talaja Road in the late afternoon to clean up the tools. It’s just us doing our thing with the solar stuff. People in the area know us by now. We don’t have a big marketing team, just our hands and the equipment we carry. It’s a decent place to work.
