Site Incharge

I’m the site incharge for our projects here in Bhavnagar. You can find me at house C/2141 on Street Number 2 in Bhagvatipark, Kaliyabed. Gujarat has a lot of construction going on right now, so I stay pretty busy. My job is to watch over the daily work at the sites and make sure everything is being done the right way. Kaliyabed is a quiet neighborhood and I’ve lived here for a while. I don’t use any of those fancy corporate words or try to sell anything. I just tell the laborers what needs to happen and then I check it later. Sometimes machines break down or the materials are late, and I have to sort it out. The weather in Bhavnagar is often very hot and dry, which makes site work a bit difficult. I’ve worked on many different buildings around the 364002 area. People know me as a straightforward person who stays until the work is finished. I don’t have a big mission statement or a fancy office. I just want the structures to be built well and on time. Most of my paperwork gets done at my table at home in the evenings. It’s a simple way to work but it seems to work for us. If I’m not at home on Street Number 2, I’m probably out at a site checking on a foundation or a wall.
