Siddhapura Machine Tools

Our shop, Siddhapura Machine Tools, is located at Plot No C-1/354-6 in Chitra Gidc. If you walk through the Chitra industrial area, you will hear the sound of metal being worked on from quite a distance. We have various lathes and milling machines set up across the floor. It is a very hands-on environment where everyone ends up with grease on their clothes by midday. We focus on fixing and creating parts that people bring to us. Sometimes a customer comes in with a broken piece of machinery and we have to figure out how to replicate it. It is like solving a puzzle every day. The air inside is heavy with the smell of cutting oil and coolants. We have a small corner with a bench where we sit and talk about the jobs over a cup of tea. The lighting isn't great in the back, so we use portable lamps when we need to see something up close. Being in Chitra Gidc means we are surrounded by other workshops, so there is always someone nearby if we need to borrow a specific wrench or bit. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or websites. Most people just know us from being around for so long. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a simple life in the machine trade and we are used to it.
