Shree Amarlal Bakers

Shree Amarlal Bakers is over at Plot No. 359/B. It is a simple setup we have here. Every morning starts pretty early before the sun is even up. We have to get the ovens going and the dough ready. It is a lot of physical work, lifting heavy bags of flour and keeping an eye on the timers. The place gets warm quickly, especially in the summer months, but that's just part of the job. We have been in this spot for some time. It is not a huge facility, but we make use of every inch of space we have on the plot. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when we have big orders to get through. We just focus on getting things done right. There isn't much to see if you come by, just people working and stacks of trays everywhere. We don't really have a big front office or a waiting area. Most of the time, we are in the back by the machines. The floor is usually covered in a bit of flour by the end of the shift. We clean it all up and start again the next day. Being at Plot No. 359/B feels like home to us. We know all the other businesses nearby. It is a quiet enough area during the night, but during the day it stays busy with trucks and deliveries coming through. We don't do anything fancy, just our usual work.
