Sheth Brothers

We are based out of units 30 and 31 in the GIDC area of Vithalwadi. It is an industrial zone, so it’s exactly what you would expect. There is grease, there is noise, and there are trucks moving in and out all day long. We are a family-run business, Sheth Brothers, and we have been in this same spot for decades. The two units are right next to each other. We do manufacturing here, though the specific things we make have changed a bit over the years to keep up with what people need. It’s not a clean environment. We have machines that have been running since my father's time. They are solid and we know how to fix them when they act up. We have a small desk in the corner where we handle the bills and the tax stuff, but most of our time is spent on the shop floor. We have about ten workers, and most of them have been with us for a very long time. We don't have a fancy HR department or anything. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over some tea. It is a simple way of doing business. We don't have a website or do any advertising. People in the industry know us and they know where to find us in Vithalwadi. We just show up every morning and get to work.
