You can find Saurashtra Cement Ltd over at Plot No.1638/B on Ghogha Road in Bhavnagar. We are situated right opposite Rajaram’s Aveda. It’s a decent-sized plot and we have been here for quite some time now. The office handles the Gujarat 364001 area. We mostly deal with the logistics of getting cement to various construction sites around the city. Ghogha Road is always busy, so there is plenty of movement around us. Our office is a practical space, mostly filled with filing cabinets and the sound of the ceiling fan. We don't bother with anything flashy or high-tech. We just focus on the orders that come in and making sure the deliveries go out as planned. It involves a lot of talking to drivers and checking the weight of the loads on the scales. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming and the phone won't stop ringing, but we just take it one step at a time and try to stay organized. We’ve seen Bhavnagar grow a lot over the years, and it is interesting to see where our cement ends up. Whether it is a new shop, a school, or a house, it is all part of the local landscape. We are just regular people working a regular job in the cement trade. No need for big corporate talk or polished images. We just keep the records straight and the trucks moving from our spot on Ghogha Road every single day.
