We’ve been running Sanjay Castings for quite some time now out of our office at 401/C, Dhiraj Apartments. It is right across from the Takhteshwar Railway Station, so the noise of the trains is just part of our day. Most mornings start with checking the logs and seeing what the foundry team has lined up. We handle a lot of metal work, mostly casting parts that go into bigger machines. It’s not fancy work, and the shop floor gets pretty hot and messy, but that is just how it goes with this kind of business. My desk is usually covered in drawings and old invoices. We have a small crew, and some of the guys have been with us for years. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations here. If someone needs something, they just walk in or give us a call on the landline. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break for ten minutes before getting back to the orders. Being near the station makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We just focus on getting the specs right and making sure the pieces are solid before they head out. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't change things much around here unless we absolutely have to. We just keep our heads down and do the work we know.
