It’s a bit of a drive out from the main town center, and the road can get a bit bumpy depending on the season. We have quite a lot of land here, which is necessary when you are dealing with casting and foundries. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon. We do a lot of pouring and molding throughout the day. The workers here are mostly locals from the Sihor area. It’s a tough job working with molten metal, but it’s the life we know. There’s always a tractor or a truck parked somewhere near the entrance waiting to load up. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer phones with a script. Usually, someone just picks up if they aren't busy on the floor. The office is just a room with a few ledgers and a ceiling fan that squeaks a bit. We’ve been at this survey location for a while now, and the landscape around us has changed some, but the work hasn't. We just keep the fires going and make sure the castings are solid before they get sent out on the road. It’s honest work and it keeps the community going without needing to make a big deal out of anything.
