We are located at Plot No 525/A/2, which is right near the Sisuvihar Circle in Bhavnagar. Our business is Samir Consultancy. We aren't the ones out there digging the holes or laying the bricks; instead, we spend our time in the office looking at the plans and figuring out how things should be built. It’s a different kind of work but it’s just as important. The Sisuvihar area is quite busy, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside our window. We have a simple setup with some drawing boards, a few computers, and stacks of blueprints. People come to us when they have a project in mind but don’t know how to handle the technical side of things. We’ve been in Bhavnagar for a long time, so we know the local rules and what works best for the ground here. We don't use a lot of complicated language when we talk to our clients. We just try to explain things in a way that makes sense. Sometimes the office gets buried in paperwork and coffee cups, but that’s just how we operate. We are a small team and we like it that way because we can really focus on what is right in front of us. It is just steady, honest work that helps people get their buildings right without having to guess at the details.
