Ranco Industries

Ranco Industries is located in the Radhe Shyam Complex, right on Waghawadi Road. We are in unit G-16. Being near Simco Bank makes it easy for people to find us, though the parking out front can be a real headache sometimes. The complex is usually buzzing with people going in and out of the different shops. We’ve got a decent-sized space here. It’s mostly filled with our equipment and some basic office stuff. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. Most mornings start with checking the machines and making sure everything is ready for the day's work. It’s a lot of repetitive stuff, but it’s what we do. The road outside is a main one, so there’s always the sound of traffic in the background. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a small staff and we all know our roles pretty well. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't spend much time on meetings; we just talk while we work. If someone needs something, they just shout across the room. It’s a very informal atmosphere, which suits us just fine. We just focus on getting the jobs finished so we can close up and go home to our families. Sometimes we stay a little late if there is a big order to finish.
