Our agency is tucked into the Rishabh Darshan Complex, specifically in units five, six, and seven. Since we are right behind the City Center Complex in Kalanala, it’s not too hard for folks to find us once they know where to look. Having three shop units gives us a decent amount of space to store everything, though it still feels a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives. We spend most of our hours checking lists and making sure the right boxes go to the right places. It is not exactly exciting work, but it is important to get it right. We have a few desks and a lot of metal shelving that has seen better days. Kalanala is a noisy part of town, so there is always a bit of background racket from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't some big corporate office with a lobby or anything. It is just a working space where we handle medical supplies. Most of the people we deal with are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We usually have a bit of a chat while we sort out their orders. It’s a good way to pass the time. We try to keep things honest and simple. If there is a delay with a supplier, we just say so. People seem to appreciate that more than a bunch of excuses.
