Poshak

Our place is called Poshak and we are situated near Viraj Transport in the Lati Bazar area. Lati Bazar has a very specific feel to it because of all the timber and wood businesses nearby. You can often smell the sawdust in the air when the wind blows the right way. We have a modest setup here, nothing too big or complicated. Being close to the transport office means there are always big trucks moving around, which makes deliveries easier for us. The building we are in is older and has its own quirks, like the heavy doors that sometimes squeak. We spend our days mostly handling the clothing items we stock. It is a straightforward job and we have been doing it this way for years. We don't have a fancy showroom, just a place where we can keep our goods and talk to the people who drop by. The area can be quite dusty because of all the industrial activity, so we are always cleaning the counters. It is a working-class neighborhood and we fit right in. We like the fact that everything here is practical. People come to Lati Bazar to get things done, and we are part of that daily cycle. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the transport noise starts to fade a bit. It is a good place to work if you don't mind the noise.
