Our place, Nordhan Aloyaz Bhavnagar Ltd., is situated at Pa/97-98. It is out in Bhavnagar, which is a place that knows a thing or two about metal and alloys. The plot numbers Pa/97 and 98 are where we spend most of our time. It’s an industrial area, so don’t expect any lush parks or quiet cafes around here. It is mostly the sound of machinery and the smell of hot metal. We have been working with alloys for a good while, and the site is basically set up for heavy work. There are stacks of material in the yard and the office is just a small partitioned space where we keep the ledgers. It gets quite hot in Bhavnagar, especially during the summer months, and the shed can feel like an oven sometimes. We just drink a lot of water and keep the fans going. It’s an honest day’s work for everyone here. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. If you come by, you’ll just see people in work clothes getting things ready for shipment. The ground is a bit uneven and there is always some scrap lying around, but that is the nature of an alloy business. We know our way around the plot and where everything is stored. It’s just how we do things in this part of Gujarat, keeping our heads down and finishing the daily load.
