New Food

You can find New Food at Shop No 160 inside the Mahatma Gandhi Complex on Savar Kundala Road. We are right near the new bus station here in Bhavnagar, so the area is always buzzing with people coming and going. Having a shop in a big complex like this means there’s constant movement outside our door. It’s not a very large shop, but we’ve organized the shelves and counters to make the most of the square footage we have. The floors are a bit worn from people walking in and out, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it serves us just fine. Being near the bus station means we see a lot of travelers as well as the locals who live nearby. It’s a convenient spot, even if the traffic on Savar Kundala Road can be a nightmare during the evening hours. We open up pretty early to catch the first crowd of the day and stay until the lights in the complex start turning off. There isn't any fancy lighting or air conditioning, just a few fans to keep the air moving when it gets stuffy. It’s a simple retail spot where we handle our business face-to-face. We like the energy of the bus station area, even when it gets a bit chaotic with all the shouting and horn-honking outside. The shelves are packed with whatever we have in stock that week, and sometimes it gets a little hard to navigate the narrow aisles. We don't mind the tight space because it keeps everything within arm's reach while we work.
