Tapovan Healthcare

You can find us at Plot No. 48 in Gaurishankar Society, over in the Bortalav area. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s a lot quieter than the main roads. Tapovan Healthcare is run out of this spot, and it feels more like a house than a big clinical building. We have a small gate out front and some trees that give a bit of shade during the afternoon heat. Working in Bortalav is peaceful for the most part, though you get the occasional delivery truck making noise. Our day starts by opening up the front and checking the schedule for who might be stopping by. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything corporate like that. It is just a practical space where we handle healthcare matters for the people who come to see us. The rooms are simple and we keep the records in metal cabinets along the wall. Sometimes we chat with the neighbors over the fence when we’re taking a break. It's the kind of place where you know the local postman and the people walking their dogs. We’ve been at Plot 48 for some time, and it has become a very familiar routine. We just focus on the tasks at hand, whether that’s paperwork or seeing a visitor. It’s honest work and we do it in a way that makes sense for a small place in a society like Gaurishankar.
