Mukesh Plastics

Mukesh Plastics has been on Pirchhalla Road for longer than I can remember. We are right across from Gruhlaxmi, so it is easy to spot if you are looking for us. The shop is usually packed with stacks of buckets, tubs, and all sorts of household things. It gets a bit crowded in here, especially when a new shipment arrives and we have to find space for everything. We do not have a big catalog or anything like that. People just come in, look around, and pick what they need for their kitchens or bathrooms. It is a busy road, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. Sometimes it is hard to hear customers over the horns, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in town. We just keep the shelves stocked with the basics that people use every day. Some of the items have a bit of dust on them if they have been sitting for a week, but we wipe them down before anyone takes them home. It is a family thing mostly. My cousin helps out when it gets busy in the afternoons. We do not have a computer system for the inventory; we just know what we have by looking at the piles. It is a bit old-fashioned, I guess, but it works for us and the people who shop here. Just a regular store on a regular street. We stay open until the sun goes down and then go home.
