We are located in Shop No A/2 at Neel Apartment, right in the Subhashnagar area of Bhavnagar. It’s a nice little spot in a residential building. We handle both medical supplies and general items, so you might see someone buying cough syrup while someone else is picking up soap or snacks. It’s that kind of neighborhood shop. We’ve been here for several years, and we’ve seen the kids in the apartments grow up. The shop isn’t huge, but we try to make the most of the space. We have shelves lining every wall. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when there are more than three people inside, but it’s cozy. Subhashnagar is a quiet enough place compared to the main city center, which we appreciate. We don’t go in for big displays or flashing signs. Our sign is just a simple one above the door. Most of our customers live in Neel Apartment or the buildings right next to us. We know what people usually need, so we keep those things ready. It’s a lot of routine—opening up in the morning, checking the stock, and chatting with neighbors who stop by. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just focus on the people walking in. It’s a steady way to spend the day, and we like being a part of this community in Bhavnagar.
