Desire Foods

Desire Foods is located right at Dhavdi Chowk. We are directly opposite Hotel Blue Diamond, so it is quite easy to find us if you are in the neighborhood. We spend most of our time getting things ready for customers. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic around the chowk. We have been here for a bit now. It is a small operation. We handle food items. Usually, it's just a few of us working behind the counter. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People just know where we are. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected because the lunch rush is heavy. The hotel across the street brings in a lot of people who are just passing through town. We try to keep the place tidy but it's a busy kitchen area. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just focus on the food we make. Every morning we start early to get things set up before the sun gets too hot. Dealing with suppliers takes up a lot of my time in the afternoons. It’s honest work. We like being part of the local scene here at the chowk. If you're passing by Hotel Blue Diamond just look across the road and you'll see us there. It is just a simple shop making food for the folks around here.
