We’ve been over here at Plot No. 349 in the Chitra GIDC Phase-II area for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly industrial units all lined up, and we fit right in with the rest of them. Most days start pretty early because that’s just how things go around this part of town. We handle a lot of technical work related to twisting machinery and parts, though it’s mostly just us getting our hands dirty and making sure everything runs like it’s supposed to. Some people find the noise of the machines a bit much, but after a few hours, you don't even notice it anymore. We have a small crew, mostly local guys who know their way around a wrench. Sometimes the weather gets really hot inside the unit, especially during the summer months, but we keep the fans going and just push through the workload. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or corporate. It’s a workshop, through and through. You’ll see grease on the floor and stacks of components waiting to be moved out to the next stage. We spend a lot of time double-checking measurements because if one thing is off, the whole batch is ruined. It’s honest work, really. Usually, someone brings in tea around mid-morning, and we take a quick break before getting back to the machines. If you ever find yourself driving through Phase-II, you’ll see our sign. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
