Luhar Jiva Gopal & Co. is a name that has been around for a long time in Savarkundla. We are set up right opposite Patel Wadi in the Shivaji Nagar area. If you live around here, you probably know where that is. Our workshop is a place where there is always some kind of metalwork or repair going on. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. It is just a few of us who have been doing this for years. The air usually smells like hot metal, and there is a lot of hammering and clanging throughout the day. People walk in with things that need fixing, and we see what we can do. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just work with our hands and try to keep the customers happy so they come back next time. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the wind in Savarkundla, but we keep the tools clean. Shivaji Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the local farmers and residents to reach us. We take a break in the afternoon when it gets too hot, then get back to it. It is the kind of place where a handshake still means something. We just keep our heads down and do the work day after day. It's nothing special, but it's what we know.
