Down in Bhavnagar, we’ve got our office for Laticrete India Pvt.Ltd. set up in Shakti Society. We are at 5-C, which is quite close to Citranjan Chowk. We have a few computers, some stacks of papers, and a place to make tea. The windows look out onto the street, so we can see what’s happening in the society. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets done correctly. The team is small, and we all know each other’s families and stories. It’s the kind of place where you can just be yourself. We handle the regional tasks and keep track of everything from this little spot in Bhavnagar without much fuss. The society is usually quiet during the day except for the occasional vendor walking through.
